In the Name of God Amen I ffrancis Zouch of Wandsworth in the County of Surry Gent Doe make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner following Vizt I give devise and bequeath unto my Wife Alice Zouch all my Goods Chattels Debts Lands Tenements Estate Real and Personal of what nature and kind soever it be and wheresoever it is or shall be Situated lyeing and being which I am entitled unto by the Patent of King James the ffirst and my Paternall Estate Hereditary Right Descending Especially in Hampshire Somersetshire and Surry and in all other parts or places whatsoever during the time of her Widowhood for the Maintenance and Education of my Son William Daughters Dorothy and Ann, my eldest Daughter Rebekah being Marryed And upon the Marriage or Death of my said Wife Alice or upon my Son William comeing to the Age of One and Twenty Years I give and bequeath the same unto him and the heirs of his body and upon failure of such heirs then to such heirs of my body that shall be then living and to their heirs for ever according to the Directions of the Laws of this Land in such case made and Provided And I do hereby make ordain and appoint my said Wife Alice Zouch sole Executrix of this my last Will and revoke all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto Sett my Hand and Seal this Sixth Day of May One Thousand seven Hundred and Thirty two: Fran: Zouch
