This is the last Will and Testament of me
Ann Zouch of Summer Town near Oxford in the County of Oxford
Widow being through the Mercy of God of sound and disposing mind
memory and understanding although weak and infirm of body ffirst
my will and desire is to commend my soul into the hands of
almighty God and that my Body may be decently and plainly buried
at the discretion of my ffriends where I die and after my just
debts and my ffuneral expences are all duly paid I give and
bequeath to my Sister in law Mary Whitley of ffroxfield Hospital
in the County of Wilts Widow my black silk Cloak I give to Ann
Whitley also a Widow living at No 35 Cleveland Street London my
blue Cloth Cloak I give to Ann Wallington of Summer Town
daughter of the above Ann Whitley my Silver Watch I give to Mary
Vickers of Chislehurst Kent a Silver Sugar Tongs and Six Silver
Tea Spoons and to my three Nieces Ann Wallington and Mary
Vickers above mentioned and Ann Roebuck of Doncaster in the
County of York all my wearing apparel (the above mentioned
Cloaks excepted) to be equally divided between then I give to
William Wallington of Summer Town in the County of Oxford
aforesaid Tailor the Husband of the aforesaid Ann Wallington my
Niece and to the said Ann Wallington his Wife all my Household
ffurniture and also all Dividends that may be due to me in
monies and other Property that I may be in possession of at the
time of my decease and I appoint the aforesaid William
Wallington of Summer Town in the County of Oxford my sole
Executor and hereby revoking all former Wills or Will by me at
any time heretofore made I declare this to be my last Will and
Testament and do sign my name and set my seal hereto this first
day of October in the year of our Lord One thousand eight
hundred and thirty six Ann Zouch
