This is the last Will and Testament of me Joseph Zebedee of Cherton in the County of Wilts Laborer as follows that is to say I give and bequeath all my Property monies and Securities for money and money in the Stocks ffunds and all other my Estate and Effects unto my two Sons James Zebedee and John Zebedee my Daughter Martha Gilbert and my Granddaughter Elizabeth Bodman to be equally divided between them share and share alike after paying my debts and ffuneral and other expences And I appoint my said Sons Daughter and Granddaughter the said James Zebedee and John Zebedee Martha Gilbert and Elizabeth Bodman joint Executors of this my Will In Witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this 21 day of July 1834 The Mark X of Joseph Zebedee
