I John Zachary of Areley House in the County of Worcester Esquire do make my Will as follows I give devise and bequeath unto my dear wife Charlotte Zachary all my Real Estate and also my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever To hold to her my said Wife and her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever she and they paying and discharging all my Debts with the payment whereof I hereby subject and Charge all my said Real and Personal Estate accordingly And I do appoint my said Wife to be sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto out my hand and Seal this twenty eighth day of May in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred  J.
