This is the last Will and Testament of me John Youds of The Plasterers Arms Hoylake in the County of Chester Beerhouse Keeper made this second day of May 1890 I devise and bequeath All my real and personal estate unto my Wife Charlotte Youds And I appoint her sole executrix of this my Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day and year first above written John Youds
