I Samuel Yeomans Currier of ffreemans Street Birmingham in the County of Warwick do make this my last Will and Testament Namely I leave to Thos Cliff Baker Moor Street Birmingham and his Son John Cliff my Nephew ffreeman Street Birmingham Currier all my Leasehold Buildings Stock in Trade Book debts Household ffurniture and my property of all descriptions in Especial trust for purposes hereinafter mentioned first that they pay all my just debts and ffuneral expences which may be as plain as possible with decency Item I give to my Brother Richard Yeomans the sum of two hundred pounds to my Brother ffrancis Yeomans the sum of two hundred pounds to my Sister Ann Cliff two hundred pounds to my late Brother Thomas Yeomans Widow ffrances Yeomans ten pounds Per Annum during her life and after her decease two hundred pounds to be equally divided amongst their Children to my Brother John Yeomans ten pounds Per Annum during his life Item I leave to my Brother William Yeomans and his Wife Mary Yeomans ten pounds per annum during their lifes and the life of the longer liver to my Cousin Sarah Beasley 7/- Per Week during her life the remainder of my Property I bequeath full and wholly to my Nephew John Cliff to and for his own use and benefit and I appoint the said Thomas cliff and I appoint the said Thomas cliff and John Cliff Executors of this my Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & Seal this seventh day of November 1816 James Yeomans
