This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Yapp of Ludlow in the County of Salop Spinster as follows ffirst I desire to be decently Interred by my Executors herein after named and that they within one Month next after my decease cause a Stone to be laid over my Grave with an Inscription of my Name age and the Time of my Death Item I Give to Elizabeth Pritchard now residing in the Old Street in Ludlow aforesaid ffive Guineas to be paid her at the End of Six Months next after my decease Item subject to the Payment of my Just Debts ffuneral Expences and the abovre mentioned Legacys to the said Elizabeth Pritchard all my Personal Estate of what nature or kind soever I Give and bequeath to my brothers Mr Thomas and Richard Yapp to be equally divided between them Share and Share alike whom I nominate and appoint joint Executors of this my will and I hereby revoke all former wills by me made and declare this only to be my Last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this ffourth day of July in the year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Six Eliz Yapp

29 March 1770 Administration granted to Anne Yapp Widow Relict and Administratrix of Richard Yapp deceased the said Richard Yapp surviving the Testatrix without taking upon himself the execution of the Will
