September the first 1686

The last Will and Testament of Mary Wright Widdow in Stoakgoldington being sicke in body but of perfect memery praysed be god doe make this my last will and
Testament in maner and forme as followeth
First I bequeath my soule to Almitie god that gave it and my body to be buried in a decent maner where my Executors shall think fit

Imprimis
I give unto My daughter Mary Barnes ten pounds to be paid by my Executors the first five pounds to be paid with in twelve months after my desease and the other five pounds shall be paid at a yeare and Six month after my desease
Item I doe make my Son William Wright and my Daughter Sara Rawlins the full executors of this my will and equall Heirs from first to last what I have given Sara
before shall amount to noe more but to make them equall heirs and they too William Wright and Sara Rawlins shall not devide their Stock but with the Consent of these Overseers and further my will is that If my Son William Wright or Sara Rawlins Shall any of them dy unmarried the dying partie Shall dispose of ten pounds to what friend they shall think good and the rest of the Stock of the dying partie Shall be for the use of the longer liver of these two
And lastly I desire and apoint Richard Wright of Milton in Northampton George and ffrances Warren and Richard Brown and Andrew Warren al of Stoakgoldington to be the Overseers of this my will
