This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Woodward of the Parish of St Paul Deptford in the County of Kent Spinster I give to the Reverend Benjamin Sanderson ffinch Rector of the said Parish of Saint Paul Deptford my Executor hereinafter named the amount which may be standing in my name at the time of my death in the Long Annuities in the Books of the Governors of the Bank of England Upon trust to pay thereout all my just debts, my funeral expences and the costs of proving my will and as to the residue thereof if any I do give the same to the said Benjamin Sanderson ffinch to appropriate the same in any manner that he may deem expedient I give to my said Executor any other money I may die possessed of including all interest due upon my life annuity Upon trust that he may pay and apply the same unto and among Mary Munday, Martha Taylor, William Floyd and Benjamin Dyer of Union Row Deptford aforesaid Boat Builder my Cousins or such of them that shall be living at the time of my death share and share alike I give to Emily Dyer daughter of the aforesaid Benjamin Dyer my six silver tea spoons my silver Sugar Tongs, my silver Castor tops, my three gold rings and all my wearing apparel I give to Miss Louisa Pointon my small square Mahogany Table I give any money or effects which may arise to me or which I may be entitled under the Will of Elizabeth Dry to Samuel Garrett and Mary his Wife residing in the New Town Deptford And all the residue of my property and effects whatsoever not herein before specifically disposed of I give the same unto the said Benjamin Dyer I do hereby appoint the said Benjamin Sanderson ffinch Executor of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this seventeenth day of December in the year One thousand eight hundred and forty two Ann Woodward
