In the Name of God Amen I Sarah Woodman of Crafton in the Parish of Wing in the County of Bucks Widow being far advanced in years and weak in body but of sound mind memory & understanding considering the certainty of death & the uncertainty of the time thereof do make & publish this my last will & Testament in manner & form following (that is to say) ffirst I give & bequeath unto my Son Robert Woodman the legacy or Sum of one hundred pounds & do direct that the same be paid unto him by my Executrix hereinafter named within six months next after my decease Also I give and bequeath unto my grandson Henry Woodman eldest son of my late Son Vere Woodman the legacy or Sum of five pounds and do also direct that the same be paid unto him within six months next after my decease by my said Executrix hereinafter named Also I give and bequeath unto my four Grandsons Thomas Woodman Robert Woodman Edward Woodman and Vere Woodman and unto my Granddaughter Elizabeth Woodman the Sons and Daughter of my late Son Vere Woodman the legacy or Sum of Twenty Pounds apiece And I do likewise direct that the legacy or legacies of him her or them that shall at the time of my decease have attained unto the age of twenty one years be paid unto them by my said Executrix hereinafter named within six months next after my decease and unto them as shall not then have attained unto the said age of twenty one Years when and as soon as he she or they shall attain thereunto Also I give and bequeath unto my Son William Woodman the legacy or Sum of one hundred pounds and I direct that the same be paid unto him within six months next after my decease by my said Executrix hereinafter named Also I give and bequeath unto my Grandson William Woodman the son of my said Son Robert Woodman the legacy or sum of one hundred pounds and I do direct that the same be paid unto him within one month next after the decease of my daughter Elizabeth Woodman Also I give and bequeath unto my two Granddaughters Deborah Woodman and Rebecca Woodman the sum of fifty pounds and I direct that the same be paid unto them my said two granddaughters within one month next after the decease of my said daughter Elizabeth Woodman Also I give and bequeath unto my brother Joseph Gregory the legacy or Sum of five pounds and I direct that the same be paid unto him within one month next after my decease by my said Executrix hereinafter named and as to all the rest and residue of my household Goods household furniture Goods Stock Cattle Chattels right Credits Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath the same unto said daughter Elizabeth Woodman her Executors Administrators and Assigns and I do hereby nominate constitute & appoint her my said daughter Elizabeth Woodman full & sole Executrix of this my last will & Testament revoking and making void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declaring this to be my last will & Testament In Witness whereof I the said Sarah Woodman the Testatrix have to this my Will contained on two sheets of Paper to the first sheet hereof set my hand only but to this second and last my hand and seal this second day of October in the Year of our Lord Christ one thousand seven hundred and ninety seven the mark X of Sarah Woodman
