This is the last Will and Testament of me
Mandeville Clarke Wiseman of Barton in the County of Norfolk
Mariner I direct what debts I may owe shall be discharged as
soon after my death as may be together with the expence of the
Probate of this my Will afterwards I give devise and bequeath
unto my Wife Mary Ann Wiseman all my messuages lands tenements
and hereditaments with their and every of their appurtenances
and also all my Personal Estate of what nature or kind soever to
be enjoyed by her for her life should she remain my Widow then
for the benefit of any child or children she may bear legally
begotten by me but I especially request that should my said Wife
ally herself again in marriage she shall forfeit all her
interest in my freehold property which by my death she may
inherit the said property then to be exclusively enjoyed by my
child or children on attaining the age of twenty one years to be
vested in Trustees for their benefit for their minority or in
default of issue I leave the same freehold property to my
surviving brothers I hereby appoint my Wife Mary Ann Wiseman
sole Executrix of this my Will In Witness whereof I have set my
hand and seal this seventh day of May 1844 _ Mandeville Clarke

annexed to the Personal Estate of Mandeville Clarke Wiseman
formerly of Barton in the county of Norfolk but late of
Melbourne in Australia who died 18 December 1853 at Emerald Hill
near Melbourne left undaministered by Mary Ann Wiseman Widow
deceased to Ellen Leacroft Spinster and Harriet Leacroft
Spinster the lawful Aunts two of the next of kin and Curators
and Guardians of Marian Leacroft Wiseman Spinster and Mandeville
Murray Wiseman respectively Minors the natural lawful and only
children of the said deceased and Residuary Legatees for the use
and benefit of the said Minors until they attain the age of
twenty one years The said Executrix died 10 March 1857 intestate
