The Will of Mary Winzar

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Winzar of Staford in the County of Wilts (that is to say) I give and bequeath to my Son David Winzar’s Children the whole of my Property to be equally divided between one and All of them after my ffuneral Expences are defrayed by my Son David Winzar from the same who I appoint Executor to my Effects I also bequeath to the Revd Mr Tidman of Salisbury and Mr Joseph Langford of ffordingbridge two guineas each as Trustees to my Son David Winzar’s Children by the present or any future Wife to Act and lay by the Gas and Bank of England Dividends and make regular Purchases in the five Pr Cents according as their judgment shall direct to improve the same for the Children’s benefit until they severally become of Age Witness my hand this fourth day of April Eighteen 100 and seventeen I also bequeath to John Winzar by his desire my Bible and three Tea Spoons marked J C and one Counterpane to Henry Any other Books he refuses to have and one Counterpane and Earth Rug by his desire with a pair of Candlesticks Brass to Mary my Watch Ear rings & six Tea Spoons marked W together with my Bed Bolster & Pillows & all the best of my Lace & Wearing Aparel To Mark three Table Spoons To Elizabeth my China Tea Tray and ffootman with one Ring To Martha one Ring Thimbles & Shield
