In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Winter of Great Marlow in the County of Bucks Spinster being sick & weak in body but of sound & disposing mind memory & understanding but nevertheless mindful of the uncertainty of this life Do make publish & declare this to be my last Will & testament in manner following that is to say ffirst I do hereby order & direct my Exor hereinafter named to pay & discharge all my just debts ffuneral Expences and the costs & charges of proving this my last Will then I do hereby give devise & bequeath unto Elizabeth Webb who now lives with me All those my several pieces & parcels of land commonly called or known by the name of the Crooked Closes containing by estimation Eight acres of the same more or less situate lying & being in the Parish of Great Marlow in the County of Bucks & now in the tenure or occupation of Richard Webb his undertenants or assigns To hold the same & every part & parcel thereof with their & every of their Appurts unto the said Elizabeth Webb her heirs & assigns for ever Also I give & bequeath unto my niece Susannah Barns wife of Thomas Barns of Cheame in the County of Surry the Sum of two hundred pounds of lawful money of the united Kingdom of Great Britain & Ireland current in England the same to be paid to her my said Niece Susannah Barns within three months next after the decease of the said Elizabeth Webb who now lives with me And I do hereby order & direct my Exor to pay the Interest Income & produce of the said Sum of two hundred pounds given & bequeathed to my said Niece Susannah Barns unto the said Elizabeth Webb for & during the term of her natural life Also I give devise & bequeath unto the said Elizabeth Webb my household goods & ffurniture plate linen & china ready money bills bonds Notes Mortgages sums in the public ffunds & other Securities for money And also all & singular my real & personal Estate & Effects whatsoever & wheresoever & of what nature kind soever that I shall die possessed of interested in or entitled unto at the time of my decease after payment of my just debts ffuneral Expences the costs & Charges of proving this my Will & the Legacy hereinbefore by me bequeathed to my said Niece Susannah Barns To hold the same & every part & parcel thereof with their & every of their rights members & Appurts unto the said Elizabeth Webb her heirs Exors & admors & assigns for ever to & for her own sole use & absolute disposal And lastly I do hereby nominate constitute & appoint my good friend Richard Webb of Marlow Bottom in the Parish of Great Marlow aforesaid Yeoman sole Executor of this my last Will & testament hereby revoking & making void all former & other Will & Wills whatsoever by me at any time heretofore made & published & do declare this alone to be my last Will & testament In witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Winter the testatrix have to this my last Will & testament contained in two sheets to the first sheet thereof set my hand & to the second & last sheet my hand & seal this fifth day of November in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & thirteen The mark & seal of X  Elizabeth Winter
