In the Name of God Amen I James Willing of the City of Bristol Soap boyler do make my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say I commend my Soul into the hands of God that gave it hoping to obtain everlasting life Imprimis I will that my Debts and funeral Expences be first paid Item I give unto my brother Richard Willing of the City of Bristol Merchant the sume of one hundred pounds unto my brother Thomas Willing of Philadelphia in America Merchant the like sume of one hundred pounds Item I give unto Mary Burcombe Jane Burcombe and Anne Burcombe Daughter of Stephen Burcombe of Stinchcombe in the County of Gloucester Clothier the sume of one hundred pounds apiece to be paid to them at their respective ages of one and twenty years Item I give unto my brother in law George Willing the sume of five shillings Item all the rest and residue of my Estate both real and personal whatsoever I give devise and bequeath unto my said brother Richard and his assigns for ever whom I make whole and sole Executor and Residuary Legatee of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby revoke all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have to this my said last Will set my hand and seal this twenty fifth day of November in the year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred Twenty and seven James Willing
