In the Name of God Amen being the fifteenth Day of November 1749 I Thomas Williams of Aston in the parish of Bampton in the County of Oxon being weak of Body but in perfect Memory do make and Ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following. First I do commend my Soul into the hands of the Almighty God and my Body to be buried in a Christian like manner at the Discretion of my Executor hereafter named

Item  I give to my well beloved wife Mary Williams all the Life Land with the Goods and Chattels During her Natural Life if she keeps her self a Widdow but in case she marrys then the Life Land to the three children that is to Hannah Williams, Elizabeth Williams, Mary Williams

Item  I give to my son Thomas Williams  wife Mary Williams all the free land and House and homstall till my Son Thomas Williams till he comes to the Age of twenty one years and then to him and his heirs And in Case he dies before he comes to the Age of twenty one years then it shall go to his sisters Hannah Williams, Elizabeth Williams and Mary Williams.

Item  I nominate and appoint John Fox, Francis Fox Trustees of this my will and testament

Item  My will is to give the trustees and impower them to take full and absolute power to take up thirty pounds to pay the old Morgage off if needs require

Item I do Ordain my well beloved wife Mary Williams my Executorix of this my last Will and Testament and Revoake and Dissanul all wills by me formerally made and acknowledge this to be my Last Will and Testament whereof I have set my hand and seal the Day and Year above written                                                  Tho: Williams
