I James Bennett Wigley of Central Avenue Clarendon Park Knighton in the Borough of Leicester Clothier hereby revoke all Wills and Testamentary dis??? by me heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament and appoint my friends Andrew John Richards of 4 East Street in Leicester and my late wife’s Nephew Bennett Wigley Richards to be the Trustees and Executors of this my Will I bequeath the Legacy of Three hundred Pounds to my Brother Benjamin Wigley and also the Legacy of One hundred Pounds to my Nephew John Shirley Richards I bequeath the Legacy of Twenty one Pounds apiece to cach of the following persons (namely) to my nieces Elizabeth Robert and Jane Waite (daughter of my late Sister Jane Chaplin) Elizabeth Wood Eliza Wilson Robert Wigley and James Bennett Wigley ( Children of my late Brother Robert Wigley) Jane Atkinson ( daughter of my late Sister Eliza Waite ) and George Wigley ( Son of my late Brother George Wigley.) I bequeath to my Sister Mary Ann Richards during her life an Annuity of Seventy five Pounds from Legacy or Estate or Settlement Estate Duties commencing from my death and to be payable quarterly on the usual quarter days the first payment or an apportioned part from my decease to be made on such of the same days as shall happen next after my death And from and after the death of the said Mary Ann Richards I bequeath the ?like Annuity of Seventy five Pounds to her husband the said Andrew John Richards if he shall survive her during the then remainder of his life payable quarterly and free from duties as aforesaid I bequeath to my late Wife’s Nephew George Ward the legacy of Two hundred Pounds And subject as aforesaid and to the payment of my debts and financial and testamentary expenses and after payments I advise and bequeath all my real estate and the residue of my personal estate to my Trustees to be held by them after making such payments and providing such Annuities as aforesaid Upon Trust for my said late Wife’s nephew Bennett Wigley Richards his heirs executors administrators and ?... absolutely in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Third day of April One Thousand and nine hundred
