DEATH ON OR AFTER
1ST JANUARY, 1898
BE IT KNOWN that Herbert
Edward White of 26 Hanley Road Hornsey in the County of
Middlesex (formerly of Maybury Chertsey in the County of Surrey)
who died on the 12th day of March 1902 at 26 Hanley
Road aforesaid made and duly executed his last Will and
Testament and did not therein name any Executor
AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN
that at the date hereunder
written Letters of Administration with the Will and of all the
estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal
representative of the said Herbert Edward White were granted by
His Majesty’s High Court of Justice at the Principal Probate
Registry thereof to Ada White of 26 Hanley Court aforesaid Widow
the Relict the Residuary Legatee named in the said Will

THIS IS THE LAST WILL of
me HERBERT EDWARD WHITE of Maybury Chertsey Surrey I devise and
bequeath all my estate and effects real and personal which I may
die possessed of or entitled to unto my wife Ada White
absolutely And I revoke all former wills and codicils Dated this
seventeenth day of December 1896 – HERBERT EDWARD WHITE – Signed
by the testator in the joint presence of us who thereupon signed
our names in his and each others presence – E T MADELEY Windsor
Street Chertsey – A W CREWDSON Windsor Street Chertsey.
On the 8th day
of April 1902 Administration (with Will) was granted to Ada
White Widow the Residuary Legatee. |
