I Thomas WHARTON the Elder of Oxton in the
County of Chester joiner hereby revoke all former and testamentary
dispositions and declare this to be my last Will. I declare all my
real estate unto the use of my son Thomas WHARTON of the city of
Manchester in the county of Lancaster joiner his heirs and assigns
for ever. I give and bequeath appoint and dispose of all my
leasehold lands messuages and hereditaments goods chattels monies
securities for money debts and personal estate and effects
whatsoever whether in possession or expectancy or whatever my
interest therein may be of into or which I shall be possessed or
entitled at the time of my decease including therein any sum or sums
of money or personal property which I have power to raise or appoint
and dispose of by this my Will unto my said son Thomas WHARTON his
executors administrators and assigns as his and their absolute
property. And I appoint my said son Thomas WHARTON Executor of this
my Will.
In witness whereof I the said Thomas WHARTON
the Elder have hereunto set my hand this twenty fifth day of January
one thousand eight hundred and fifty eight

same time and who in his presence and in the presence of each other
have herewith subscribed our names as witnesses
