This is the last Will and Testament of me
Ann Wells Widow of No 3 Lime Kiln Lane in the Parish of
Hammersmith in the County of Middlesex My Will is that my just
debts and funeral and whatsoever other demands be paid and
satisfied I give and bequeath to my nephew John Leach my
Copyhold Estate in the Parish of Waterbeach in the County of
Cambridgeshire belonging to the Manse of Waterbeach in the
County of Cambridgeshire in the occupation of my nephew John
Leach the before said I also give and bequeath to my nephew John
Leach the before said the sum of One hundred pounds of sterling
money and my Will is that no demands of arrears of rent shall be
demanded of my nephew John Leach the before said I give and
bequeath to John David Carloss of No 17 Devonshire Road in the
Parish of Chiswick in the County of Middlesex the sum of five
pounds sterling money after all the above is settled then my
Will is that all the remaining of my Property I give and
bequeath to my niece Sarah Taylor Widow now living as Servant at
Mrs Dorvills of Bradmore in the Parish of Hammersmith in the
County of Middlesex consisting of money in the funds household
furniture and whereing apparel I likewise constitute and appoint
John David Carloss of No 17 Devonshire Road in the Parish of
Chiswick in the County of Middlesex and my nephew John Leach the
before said as my Executors and whatsoever expences that may be
incurred in the execution of this my Will be paid and satisfied
out of proceeds of the before said property in witness whereof I
the said Testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament set
my hand and seal this nineteenth of January one thousand eight
hundred and fifty four Ann Wells
