In the Name of God Amen I Sarah Webb Widow of John Webb Citizen and Cooper of London do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following ffirst I desire my Executrix hereafter named to bury me in the middle Isle of Saint Mary Aldermary Bow Lane near the remains of my late dear husband under the reading Desk and as to my worldly Estate of what nature or kind soever whether real or personal and all that I shall be possessed of at the time of my decease I give and bequeath to my Niece Sarah Austin but further it is my express Will and desire and I do hereby declare that if my said Niece shall marry with William Pointnell then and in such case it is my Will that all that I shall be possessed of at my decease I give and bequeath the same unto Ann Unwin and her heirs freely to enjoy the same if the said Marriage should take effect Item I give to the said Ann Unwin the sum of one Guinea all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate I give and bequeath under the proviso above mentioned (of Marrying the said William Pointnell and not otherwise) unto my said Niece and do constitute and appoint the said Ann Austin sole Executrix of this my Will revoking all former Wills declare this to be my last Will In Witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this ninth day of October 1780 Sarah Webb
