This is the last Will and Testament of me Joseph Webb of Rowington in the County of Warwick Wheelwright ffirst I direct payment of my just debts and ffuneral and testamentary expences and I give devise and bequeath all the lands and hereditaments at ffillongley in the said County of Warwick which descended to me as heir at law or which I may be entitled to under the Will of my late Brother William Webb late of ffillongley aforesaid and all my money chattels effects and personal estate unto my dear Wife Mary Webb for he life and after her decease unto her five children their heirs executors administrators and assigns and I hereby appoint her sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand the seventh day of ffebruary one thousand eight hundred and forty five The mark X of Joseph Webb
