This is the last Will and Testament of me Charles Webb of No four Chapel Street Stockwell in the Parish of Saint Mary’s Lambeth in the County of Surrey wherein I dispose of all my Property in the following manner that is to say I give and bequeath at my decease to my beloved Wife Mary Ann Webb all my furniture linen plate watches and all that I am possessed of at my decease as witness my hand & seal Charles Webb  _  John Blankley  _  Charles Owen Witnesses
