The Will of Mary Watkins

I Mary Watkins of the Parish of Saint George Southwark in the County of Surry Spinster do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say I give and bequeath to my dear Mother Mary Watkins all my Estate Goods Chattels and Effects whatsoever and I hereby nominate constitute and appoint her sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the Eleventh day of October in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eight five Mary Watkins
