This is the last Will and Testament of me Job Wastfield of Bradford in the County of Wilts Millwright ffirst I direct that my just debts funeral and testamentary expences and the costs of Proving this my Will may be paid and discharged by my Executrix and executor hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease and subject thereto I give devise and bequeath all and singular my real and Personal Estate goods chattels and effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my Wife Ann Wastfield and her assigns for and during her natural life and from and immediately after her decease I give devise and bequeath my said real and personal estate goods chattels and effects unto my Nephew Job Wastfield of Bradford aforesaid Millwright son of my late Brother William Wastfield deceased To hold the same according to the nature tenure or quality thereof respectively unto him my said Nephew Job Wastfield his heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely And I nominate and appoint my said Wife and Nephew Executrix and Executor of this my Will And lastly I revoke and make void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this alone to be and contain my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the seventeenth day of May one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight Job Wastfield
