Whereas I Robert Warton of Greasbie in the County of Chester Yeoman the Tenth Day of ffebruary in the thirteenth year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord George by the grace of God King of Great Britaine & ffrance and Ireland Defender of the faith Annoq DM 1726 being of good perfect and Sound Mind and Memory Do make and ordain this my present Will and Testament Containing therein my last will in manner and form following (That is to say) I will and ordain that my debts funeral expences and Legacys be fully paid and satisfied Then I give and bequeath unto Alice my wife all and singular my goods Cattle and Chattells whatsoever

Item I give grant Devise and bequeath to the said Alice my wife All that my messuage and dwelling house outhouses Orchards gardens lands meadows at Leasowe with their and every of their appurtenances situate lying and being in Greasbie aforesaid wherein I now Dwell for and during her Naturall life and from and after her decease I give grant devise and bequeath all that my said messuage and dwelling house outhouses Orchards Gardens &  meadow & Leasows & with their and every of their appurtenances unto Thomas Wharton of Claughton and his heirs for ever Item I make and ordain my said Wife Alice Executrix of this my last will and testament And I do Utterly revoke all former wills and testaments by me in anywise heretofore made or declared In Witness whereof I have put my hand & seal the day and year first above written
