In the Name of God Amen I Joseph Warton of Greasbey in the County of Chester being sorely afflicted with weakness but in perfect Memory blessed be God for the same to make this my Last will and testament in Maner following, first and principally I give and bequeith unto the hands of Allmighty God My precious and Imortal soule hopeing through the Mirits of My blessed Saviour Jesus Christ to Reive pardon and forgivenes of all my sins and My bodey to be buried in the Church of West Kerby at the discrecion of my now Loving wife and as to the temporall estate that It hath pleased God to bestow upon me I dispose of in maner as followeth

 Imp I give and bequeith unto my daughters Mary Elizabeth Margret and Hanah each of them the sume of one hundred and fiftey pounds to be paid as the come to there age to be paid out of my personall estate and if that fall short to be made out of my reall It

I give and bequeith unto My daughter Hester Willkinson wife of John Willkinson of Heaswall the sume of 1 Guiney

 I give and bequeith unto my Granson Thomas Willinson one Cow

 I give unto my halfe unto my halfe Sister Joan Adams the sume of fortey shillings and unto her daughter Mary the sume of three Pounds

 I appoint My Loving wife and My Brother in Law Peter Bythel and Theofilus Bennet now of Knowsley to be my Executors of this my Last will and testament and owne this to be my Last will and testament makeing all other former wills voyd as wittnes my hand this third day of June in the year of our Lord 1705

 Giving unto my said Executors each of them five pounds for their care in the trust I impose upon them and five shillings to Joseph Pick of frankby  Joseph Warton his mark
