In the Name of God Amen I John Warren of
the Parish of Christ Church Spital ffields in the County of
Middlesex Butcher being of sound and disposing Mind Memory and
understanding thanks be to God for the same but knowing the
Certainty of death and the uncertainty of the Time thereof do
for avoiding Controversies after my decease make publish and
declare this to be my only last Will and Testament in manner and
form following that is to say ffirst my Will and Desire is that
all my just Debts and ffuneral Expences be fully paid and
satisfied and all the Rest and Remainder of my Monies Goods
Chattels Estate and Effects of what Nature or Kind soever that I
shall happen to die possessed of or intitled unto I give devise
and bequeath unto my Son John Warren he taking Care of his
Mother during her natural Life I give and bequeath the twenty
pounds that I have a Right to dispose of and which will be due
and oayable at my decease out of the ffund of the Tuesday night
Club held at the Eight Bells in Red Lyon Street Spital ffields
unto my said Son John Warren who I nominate and appoint to be
whole and sole Executor of this my said last Will and Testament
hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore
made and do ratify establish and confirm this to be my only last
Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said John Warren the
Testator to this my said Will contained in one Sheet of Paper
set my Hand and Seal this twenty third day of October in the
second Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third
by the Grace of God of Great Britain ffrance and Ireland King
Defender of the ffaith and so forth and in the Year of our Lord
one thousand seven hundred and sixty two _ John Warrin
