In the name of God Amen I
ffrancis Warren of Stoke
Goldington in the County of
Bucks Taylor being weak &
sick in body but of sound
and perfect memory Praised
be Allmighty God for it, do
make & ordaine this my last
will & Testament in maner &
forme following Viz to say
first I bequeath my soul
into the hands of Allmighty
God my Creator, Hopeing
through the passion & merits
of Jesus Christ my Redeemer
to obtaine full Remission of
all my sins & as for my body
to be decently & Christianly
buried according to the
discretion of my Executrixes
hereafter mentioned Item my
will & pleasure is that my
funeral debts be discharged
Item I give unto my two
daughters Joane & Mary
Warren all that Cottage I
now live in together with
all the Appurtenances of the
same with all my House-hold
goods & all other things now
in my possession in &
makeing of this my last will
and Testament save only that
it is my will & pleasure
that the said Joane & Mary
Warren after my Decease
shall out of my household
goods give unto my Daughter
Elizabeth Osborne the now
wife of George Osborne one
great Chest Situate in my
Bed-Chamber to have & to
hold for Ever Item I will
that my said Daughters Joane
Warren & Mary Warren shall
give unto my Grandson
ffrancis Osborne one great
Bible that is now in my
House which formerly did
belong & was the proper
goods of my father William
Warren; Item my will &
pleasure is that the said
Joane Warren & Mary Warren
upon consideration of what I
before in this my last will
& Testament bequeathed,
shall in no wise molest
George & Elizabeth Osborne
in their now possession upon
any pretended right title or
Claime in any kind soever &
that the said George Osborne
& Elizabeth Osborne shall in
no wise molest my Daughters
Joane Warren & Mary Warren
upon any right title or
claim to any thing in the
said cottage I now live in
or in the households I now
possess which after my
decease I bequeath to them
save only the great Chest &
Bible aforesaid the former
of which I have given to my
Daughter Elizabeth Osborne &
the Latter to my Grandson
ffrancis Osborne which said
Joane Warren & Mary Warren I
do make Executrixes of this
my last will and Testament
hereby revoking &
disannulling all former
wills made by me In
Testimony whereof I do
hereby sett my Hand and Seal
