In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Warren of Henley upon Thames in the County of Oxford Widow being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do make publish and ordain my last Will and Testament as follows and first I give unto my herein named Executrixes the Sum of ten pounds each of good and lawful money of Great Britain for their respective mourning and after all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences are fully paid and satisfied I give and bequeath unto my Sister Sarah Williams and to my Niece Sarah Moser and the survivor of them all the Rest residue remainder and remainders whatsoever to me belonging at the time of my decease In Trust to and for the end intent and purpose following that is to say In Trust for my Niece Catherine Clements to apply all such trust monies as come to their respective hands by virtue of this my Will in such manner as by them and the survivor of them be deemed best for my said Niece Catherine Clements during her minority but in case my said Niece Catherine Clements shall happen to die before she has attained the age of twenty one years Then my further will intent and meaning is that the Trust monies or such part or parts as shall not have been expended on my said Niece shall be equally divided share and share alike between my Brothers and Sisters or the survivors or survivor of them Lastly i nominate constitute and appoint my Sister Sarah Williams and my Niece Sarah Moser joint Executrixes of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made this only contained in one sheet of paper to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have this seventeenth day of November one thousand eight hundred and twenty six set my hand and seal thereto _ Elizabeth Warren
