This is the last Will and Testament of me Benjamin Warren of Blisworth in the County of Northampton retired Boatman I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal Estate and property furniture and other effects whatsoever and wheresoever of which I may die possessed unto my dear nephew Albert Edward Pinfold absolutely and I appoint the said Albert Edward Pinfold sole Executor and Trustee of this my Will And I hereby revoke all former and other Wills and testamentary dispositions whatsoever and declare this alone to be and contain my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my Will this twenty seventh day of October One thousand nine hundred and four
