The Will of Ann Warren

 

This is the last will and Testament of me Ann Warren of Stoke Goldington in the County of Bucks Widow Made the Thirtieth Day of June in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Seven First my will and pleasure is that all my Just Debts and funeral Expences be fully Paid by my Executors Hereinafter named First I Give and Bequeath unto my Sons in Law James Warren and John Warren A note of hand for Thirty Pounds payable the Ninth of December Next with two years Lawfull Intrest Due at the said Time to be Equally Divided Between them both Also I Give and Bequeath unto the Above James Warrin and John Warren all my Household Goods to be Divided Between them also Only My Purse and Wearing Apparrell Excepted Which Purse and Wearing Apparrell I Give and Bequeath unto my Sisters Elizabeth Bennitt and Mary Bennitt spinsters Whom I make sole and Wholly Executors of this my last will and Testament Revoking all Former Wills Declare this to be my Last Will and Testament Have Hereunto set my Hand and seal the Day and year Being first above written
