In the Name of God Amen I Philadelphia Warneford of Bourton on the Hill Glocestershire Spinster do make my Will in the manner following ffirst I most humbly commend my Soul to Almighty God And my body to the Earth trusting alone in the merits and mediation of my blessed Saviour for a glorious resurrection to a life immortal I do hereby give devise and bequeath to my dear Brother Samuel Wilson Warneford of Bourt on the Hill Glocestershire All my real and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature and kind soever whereof I have any disposing power whether in possession recersion remainder or expectancy To hold unto my said dear brother his heirs administrators and assigns according to the natures of such estates respectively And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said dear brother sole Executor of this my Will and revoke all other Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I have set my hand and seal the sixth day of December one thousand eight hundred and twelve _ Philadelphia Warneford
