The Will of Mary Waring

 

This is the last will and testament of me MARY WARING of Byford in the County of hereford made this 11th June 1802 being of sound and disposing Mind and memory and Understanding First I confirm the annuity of £60 which has been paid during my Life to MARY ROUSE Spinster to be paid to her by my Executor hereinafter mentioned half yearly during her life without any Deduction whatsoever. I give and devise and bequeath to CHARLES HUNT WARING of Byford aforesaid Esquire my loving husband whom I also appoint my sole Executor all the rest Residue and Remainder of my Estate and Effects whatsoever and whereseoever reald and personal for his own use and benefit subject to the payment of my Funeral Expenses and the annuity to MARY ROUSE Spinster as aforesaid. In Witness whereof I have to this my last will and testament subscribed my hand..... MARY WARING.

 

Witnesses Uvedale Lawrence, Richard Patrick.

 

This Will has proved at London 24 December 1804 ... by the oath of Charles Hunt Waring Esquire the husband of the deceased .....

 

NB - Gentleman's Magazine 1804.

Death Notices. 1 December 1804 . After a long and painful illness Mary wife of Charles Hunt Waring Esq of Byford County Hereford.
