This is the last Will and Testament of me
CHARLES HUNT WARING of Barnes Terrace in the County of Surrey
Esquire. In the first place I direct my just debts and Funeral
Expences to be fully paid and satisfied. I give and bequeasth unto
MARY ROUSE of Brompton, Spinster, one annuity or other yearly sum of
£60 for and during the term of her natural life the same to be paid
by two equal half yearly payment the first payment whereof I direct
to be made at the end of six months next after my decease and I
direct my Executors hereinafter named to set apart and invest in
Government or on ?....? securities a sufficient sum of money to
answer and pay the same it being my wish and intention to secure to
the said MARY ROUSE the annuity of £60 in the smae manner as she has
been accustomed to receive the same during the life of my late wife
MARY WARING while living and since her decease during my life and
from and after the decease of the said MARY ROUSE I direct that the
principal of the said sum so set apart to answer and pay the said
annuity shall sink into and for part of the residue of my Estate and
effects hereinafter disposed of. I give unto my Sister in Law ANN
WARING the wife of my brother JOSEPH WARING the sum of £1,000 for
her own sole and separate use and benefit which Legacy I request her
to accept as a token of my Gratitude for the kindness shown by her
to me during my stay at Leeds and as to the principal of the said
sum set apart to answer and pay ther said annuity of £60 to the said
MARY ROUSE (subject to the same) and all the rest residue and
remainder of my Estate and effects which I may be possessed of
whether Real or Personal and of what nature or kind soever the same
equally to be divided between such of my said three Sisters
ELIZABETH, FRANCES and ELEANOR as may be living at the time of my
decease and to their respective heirs executors admins and assigns
as tenants in common and not as joint Tenants and I direct that in
case the benefit to arise to each of my said Sisters under the
bequest last mentioned shall not amount to £1,000 a piece then that
a ?....tion shall be made from the Legacy so given to my Sister in
Law ANN WARING proportionally with my said three sister for the
deficiency of my said Estate and effect to answer and make good the
whole of the bequests to my said three sisters and my said Sister in
Law. I appoint my said Sister ELIZABETH WARING Executrix of this my
will hereby revoking all wills by me at any time heretofore made In
Witness whereof I the said CHARLES HUNT WARING the Testator have to
this my Last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this 22 March
1805.

EDWARD WARING £100 and to my Brother HENRY WARING £100 and to my
sister MARGARET ANN ROBINSON £100 and also to my Sister in Law MARY
