I Thomas Ward of Leicester in the County of Leicester Yeoman being of sound mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say I give devise and bequeath unto my dear Wife Clarissa all and every my messuage lands tenements hereditaments and real estate whatsoever and wheresoever and if what kind soever the same may be and whether in possession reversion expectancy or otherwise which I may be possessed of or otherwise entitled unto And also all and singular my household furniture goods chattels and implements of household ready money plate linen china book debts securities for money and all other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever To hold unto her my said Wife her heirs executors or admors and assigns for ever according to the tenure of the same estate and estates to and for her own her own and absolute use and benefit and disposal subject nevertheless to the payment of my just debts funeral expences and the charges of proving this my will And I do hereby revoke and make void all other wills by me heretofore made And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife and Samuel Grocock of Leicester aforesaid Builder joint Executors of this my Will In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighth day of November one thousand eight hundred and thirty six Thomas Ward
