This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary
Ward of ffaringdon in the County of Berks spinster I give and
bequeath to my sister Ann Brooks Lane Widow one hundred pounds stock
in the three and a half per cent bank annuities and direct that the
same shall be transferred to her within three calendar months next
after my decease also I give and bequeath to my said sister Ann
Brooks Lane and my sister Sarah Ward all my wearing apparel to be
equally divided between them and at their discretion and approval it
is my wish that some trifle out of my wardrobe should be presented
to Mary Cadel the wife of John Cadel of ffaringdon aforesaid
Carpenter for her care and attention to my sister Martha Ward and I
give and bequeath to Ann Money spinster daughter of John Money of
ffaringdon aforesaid Mason my imitation rosewood writing desk And I
give and bequeath to my friend Eliza Lovell Oppenheim my gold watch
with the seals and ... pearl ring thereto belonging and I direct
that the same shall be delivered to her by my Executrix hereinafter
named as soon as possible after my decease and I give and bequeath
unto my sister Sarah Ward All the Rest and Residue of my Goods
Chattels plate & linen effects moneys stock in the public funds
securities for money debts due to me and all other my personal
estate whatsoever and wheresoever not hereinbefore otherwise
disposed of subject nevertheless to the payment of my just debts and
my funeral and testamentary expences ( my funeral I wish to be as
plain and economical as possible) And I nominate and appoint my said
sister Sarah Ward sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
And I hereby revoke and make void all wills and other testamentary
dispositions by me heretofore made and do declare this only to be my
last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this fifth day of April one thousand eight hundred and
