In the Name of God Amen I Mary Walter of the Parish of Saint Margaret next the City of Rochester in the County of Kent Widow being somewhat indisposed in body but of Sound and Disposing Mind Memory and Understanding (praised be God)Do make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say) ffirst and principally I surrender up my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my Creator hoping to be saved by and through the only Merits and Satisfaction of Jesus Christ my Saviour and Redeemer and my body I commit to the Earth to be decently Interred and buryed by and at the Discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named Also I give and bequeath All and every my ready money and Securitys for Money Interest of Moneys Rents and Arrears of Rents Debts Plate Linnen Woollen Pewter Brass Beds Bedding Household Stuff and Implements of Household Goods Chattells and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever (my just Debts and funeral Expences being thereout first paid and Satsifyed) unto and to the use of my Niece Ann Glazier Spinster who now lives with me her Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever And I do hereby make and Appoint the said Ann Glazier full and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby Revoke and make Void all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I the said Mary Walter have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal Dated the twentyeth Day of October in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty five   (Mary Walter)
