This is the Last Will and Testament of me Sarah Walmesley of Southport in the County of Lancaster widow by me made and duly published this 24th day of December one thousand eight hundred & thirty I order & direct the payment of my just debts funeral expences & the charges of the probate of this my Will to be made & subject thereto I give devise & bequeath all my Estate & Effects both Real & Personal of whatsoever nature or kind the same may be & wheresoever situate of which at the time of my decease I may be seized or possessed or in any way entitled whether in possession reversion remainder or expectancy to my Son William Gerard Walmesley his heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever or for & during all my Estate & Interest therein respectively and I hereby appoint my said Son William Gerard Walmesley sole Executor of this my Will & I request him to give all my common wearing apparel and one guinea each in addition to their Wages to my two female Servants It is also my last wish & desire to be buried in a private manner in the Church Yard of Christ Church Southport & as near as may be convenient to the grave of Miss Eliza Gregson and hereby revoking all former Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made I do publish and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal the day & year above written
