In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Walker of Little Rollright in the County of Oxford Yeoman being somewhat weak in Body but of sound and perfect mind & understanding (Praised be God for the same)Do make this my last Will & Testament in writing in manner & form following (that is to say) Principally I Commend my soul into the Hands of Almighty God my Creator hoping through the merits & intercessions of my Saviour & Redeemer Jesus Christ to receive free pardon of all my sins And my Body I Commit to the Earth to be Decently Buried with Christian Burial at the Discretion of my Executor hereafter named And as to what Worldly Estates it hath pleased God to bless me withall I give Devise & bequeath the same as followeth ffirst I give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Wife of John Tidmarsh of Moreton Morrell in the County of Warwick Yeoman the sum of Five Pounds of Lawful money of Great Britain to be paid him by my Executor hereafter named within Twelve Months after my Decease Also I give & bequeath unto my son Thomas Walker the sum of Twenty Pounds of like lawful money to be paid him by my sd Executor within twelve Months after my Decease Also I give & bequeath unto my Daughter Susannah Walker the sum of Forty Pounds of like lawful money to be paid her by my sd Executor within Three Years after my Decease Also I give & bequeath unto the sd Susannah the Bed & Furniture belonging to the Parlour Also I give & bequeath unto my Kinswoman Rebecca Currall One Guinea to be paid her by my said Executor within Twelve Months after my Decease Also I give & Bequeath unto my son John Walker an Annuity or Yearly sum of Five shillings to be paid him by my Executor Dureing the Natural Life of my said son John All the residue and Remainder of my Goods Cattle Chattles & Personal Estate whatsoever not hereinbefore Disposed of (after my Debts Legacies & Funeral Charges shall be thereout first sattisfyed paid & Discharged) I give & bequeath unto my son James Walker On Condition that he my sd son James Walker his Executors or Administrators Do & shall find provide & allow unto my said son James Walker On Condition that he my sd son James Walker Dureing the term of his Natural Life meat Drink ....Lodging & Apparel and all other Necessarys But in Case my sd son James Walker his Executors or Administrators shall Neglect or...so to Do then my Will is & I Do hereby Direct & order that he my sd son James Walker his Executors or Administrators shall pay unto such other of my sd Children as shall maintain support & provide for my sd son John the sum of Forty Pounds of Lawful money of Great Britain for his Maintenance & support And I ordain & Constitute & Appoint my sd son James Walker Executor of this my last Will & Testament hereby revokeing all former & other Wills by me made And Last;y I do make & appoint my loving Friends Richard Taylor of Radford in the County of Oxon Malster and Timm Kight of Over Norton in the County of Oxford Malster Trustees or Overseers of this my Will Desireing them to see the same Duly Performed According to my Intents & true meaning And I do give & bequeath unto Each of them One Guinea for their Trouble in the Execution of their Trust In Witness whereof I the sd Thomas Walker the Testator have to this my last Will & Testament set my Hand & seal the Twenty Nonth Day of November in the Thirteenth Year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of Grace of God of Great Britain France & Ireland King Defender of the Faith And in the Year of Our Lord 1739
