The Will of Sarah Walker

 

I Sarah Walker of Chipping Norton in the County of Oxford Spinster do make this my last Will and Testament in manner & form following that is to say I give and bequeath all and every my Goods and chattels Monies Legacies Personal Estate& Effects of what nature or kind soever That I am now entitled to or may be in the event of my attaining the age of twenty one years by virtue of the Will of my late dear ffather James Walker or by virtue of the Will of my late Aunt Mary Walker and late Uncle Richard Walker or either of them or any other way whatsoever and which I have power to dispose of unto my dear Mother Mary Walker her Executors Admors and Assigns And I do hereby constitute and appoint my said dear Mother Executrix of this my last will and Testament and do revoke all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof In have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this twenty fourth day of September in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty five Sarah Walker
