will and testament in maner and forme following first I comende my
sowle to Almighty God and to blessed ladye seynt marye and to all
the companye of heaven trustinge faithfully that by the merit of
criste passion to be saved and to some to everlasting lif And I will
my bodie to be buried where yt shall please my executors Also I will
and bequeath to my sonne WILLIAM WALKER nowe being with me in my
house at Richmonde that my house sett and ?lienge? at Davygate
within the parish of seynte Michael Peter ?...? within the Citie of
London to hym and to hys heyres of hys bodie lawful begotend for
ever And if yt happen the said WILLIAM dye without such issue then I
will the said house to the next heyre of me the said Cuthbert
Walker. Also I give to the same WILLIAM a gilte cuppe with a cover
with the Trynytie upon yt and my second fether bedde with a bolster
Also I bequeath to my brother SIR WILLIAM WALKER priest now being
with me in house likewise one standing cuppe with a cover of silver
and gilt and my best fether bedde with all thereunto belonging. Also
I bequeath to my brother SIR RICHARD WALKER priest one toher cuppe
of silver and gilt with cover I bequeath to EDWARD CORNEY my second
gown I bequeath to THOMAS my servant my Ridinge cote one payre of
hose my fustian doblett and a cappe I give to AGNES my servant my
gown faced with Chamlett the lesse Cawdron one litle Brasse pott a
litle pannme a litle cowlette? that she bought herself iij of the
newe cusshons my best shirte a diaper table cloth all my kerchiefs
and xx s in money I bequeath to my cosynne DOROTHY CORNEY the three
other cusshons and a diaper table cloth. I bequeath to the poor
people of the parish of Richmond and Kirby Ravensworth £vi xiii s

Somersettshyre where I holde of the lands alte belonging to the
Bishopp of Bathe and welles to the said WILLIAM WALKER my sonne
during my yeres therein upon condicon that he paie to my said
brother SIR WILLIAM WALKER eighte pounds thereof during his natural
lif to my brother SIR RICHARD WALKER £iiii and to my sister AGNES
ANDERSONE foure pounds for terms of their lives lykewise Alsio I
will that the paiment ? of the same ?....? to THOMAS CORNEY xl s and
to EDWARD CORNEY other xl s for the space of x yere next after my
decease And if yt happen the said THOMAS CORNEY or EDWARD CORNEY fo
dye before the said tenne yeres shall be xpyred then I will that the
legacie of eyther of theym so dyenge returne to myne executors or
executour that shall survive or theire or his assigns And if yt
fortune the said WILLIAM WALKER my sonne to dye before he shall come
to his lawful age or be maryed The I will that the said farme of
Congesburne? be at the disposition of my said Brother SIR WILLIAM
WALKER and his assignes durying my saide yere therein The residue of
all my goodes not bequested in this my testament I give and bequeath
to my said sonne WILLIAM WALKER and to my brother SIR WILLIAM WALKER
whome I do ordeyne and make myne executors of this my last will and
testament And I will and desyre Mr Doctor DAKYN to be supervisour
hereof and he to take the governance of my saide sonne WILLIAM
WALKER and of all such lands and goods as shall belonge top hym and
set the said WILLIAM well brought upp and his said landes and goodes
as conserved and kept to his proufett during his nonage And to be
truely and faithfully restored to hym his reasonable chardge allowed
at suche tyme as he shall come to his lawful age. And as for his
paynes herein to be taken I bequeath to the saide Doctor Dakyn one
Flatt ?bell...? gilte which he hath in his kepinge of myne
desyringe hym as my truste is in hym to be good m...? to my saide
sonne WILLIAM WALKER these be mye witnesses Richard Crosbye of
Richmond, gentleman, John Crosbye his sonne, John Moyser
