The Will of Mathew Walford

The last Will and testament of me Mathew Walford of Hook Norton Oxfordshire being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare in manner following viz: I do hereby give to my daughter Eliz: Hunt one rent charge or yearly sum of ten pounds of lawful money the same rent charge to be issuing out of all my freehold lands situate and being at Hook Norton _ the same rent charge to be paid quarterly Year by Year during her natural life if the same is require- I charge my Executor with the Payment of the same The All the residue of my real and personal property of all kinds whatsoever and wheresoever I give to my son Mathew Walford to him and his heirs for ever Then has soon after my death as may be I charge my executor to pay all my just debts funeral expences and proving this my said Will And Lastly I do nominate and appoint my son Mathew Walford sole Executor to this my last Will and testament In Witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this eighteenth day of January one thousand eight hundred and ten Matthew Walford
