I James Vine of Tonbridge in the County of Kent Carpenter do give and devise all my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my Wife for her life and after her decease I give and devise the same unto my Sons and Daughters and their respective  heirs executors and administrators for ever to be equally divided between them share and share alike as tenants in common And I make my brothers James and Edward Vine joint Executors of this my Will In Witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this 13th day of December 1812 James Vine

On 22 November 1819 Admon with the will annexed of the Goods Chattels & Credits of James Vine late of Tonbridge in the Cy of Kent decd was granted to Hetty Wheeler (wife of Henry Wheeler) the Daughter & one of the Universal Legatees substituted in the said Will having first been sworn by Common duly to Admr The Executors having first renounced and Ann Vine the Wife of the Testator & Universal Legatee for life survived but died without having upon her the Letters of Admon (with the Will annexed) of the Goods of the said Deceased
