This is the last Will and Testament of Newell Vicary of Bideford Devonshire I give devise and bequeath to my dearly beloved wife Ann Vicary all my money in the ffunds all my right and interest in Mortgages and the ffee of the Land therein contained and all my other real and Personal Property of whatever description And I make the aforesaid Ann sole Executrix of this my last Will and testament N Vicary 30 May 1816
