This is the Last Will and
Testament of MARY VERNON domestic servant or housekeeper to PETER
ALLEN Esq Low Lane Newton in Mackerfield I direct that the whole of
my property of whatsoever kind or paulity real or personal of which
I may die possessed shall be divided into six equal parts whereas I
give devise and bequeath to my sister JANE VERNON domestic servant
to Mrs ?Claughton of the Hermitage near Winwick her heirs executors
administrators and assigns such parts And to the following persons
their heirs executors administrators and assigns respectively I give
devise and bequeath one such sixth part that is to say to my brother
GEORGE VERNON whitesmith of Ashton in Mackerfield one part, to my
brother ZECHARIAH VERNON whitesmith of Ashton in Mackerfield one
part, to my sister BETTY UNSWORTH wife of JOSEPH UNSWORTH joiner or
Ormskirk one part, to my neice ELIZABETH VERNON domestic servant to
PETER ALLEN Esq aforesaid one part And I hereby constitute and
appoint HENRY JAMES ?LOUGHTON Esq of Knutsford in the County of
Chester and Mr RALPH HUNT of Newton in Mackersfield Executors of
this my will And I request them to undetake the trouble of proving
the same and carrying into effect its provisions
