Elizabeth Uppleby of Barton upon
Humber in the County of Lincoln
Widow made & published by me this
fifth day of March in the Year of
our Lord 1812 I Give devise and
bequeath all my Messuages Cottages
Lands tenements & heredits
whatsoever & wheresoever & all my
money Securities for money Goods
Chattels effects & personal estate
of every description unto my Son
George Uppelby & my Daughter Hannah
Graburn their Heirs Executors Admors
& Assigns as tenants in common for
their several & respective use &
benefit absolutely & I nominate &
appoint them my said Son & Daughter
Executor & Executrix of this my Will
& hereby revoking all former Wills
by me made I do declare this alone
to be my last Will & Testmaent In
Witness whereof I have hereunto
subscribed & set my hand & seal the
day & year first above named
