I Edward Upham formerly of the City of Exeter afterward of Dawlish in the County of Devon and now of Salisbury Street Strand in the County of Middlesex esquire do make this my last will and Testament in manner following that is to say I do hereby appoint my Brother John Upham and my friend John Campbell Cameron of Grays Inn in the County of Middlesex Gentleman trustees and Executors of this my will and do direct payment of my debts and of all testamentary and proper charges to be incurred or made by my said trustees or Executors or either of them out of my Estate as soon as conveniently may be after my decease or after the same shall have been incurred or made and subject thereto and charged and chargeable therewith and with payment thereout with the sum of one hundred & fifty pounds within two years after my decease to my Sister in law Janette Thompson widow for her own use I do hereby give devise and bequeath to my said Brother John Upham his heirs Executors Administrators and assigns according to the quality thereof All and singular my real and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever the same may consist to and for his and their own use and benefit absolutely and I do hereby revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I the said Edward Upham have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty three Edward Upham
