In the Name of God Amen I Priscilla Unthank of
the Parish of Saint Margarets Westminster in the County of Middlesex
Widow being in a bad State of health but of Sound and Disposing Mind
Memory and Understanding (thanks be to Almighty God for the same) Do
make this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to
say)I Give Devise and bequeath unto my Dear and beloved Daughter Ann
Payne of the Parish of Saint John the Evangelist Westminster (Widow
and Relict of Tobias Payne late of the same place Baker deceased)All
my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever of what Nature or Kind
soever the same may be To hold the same from and Immediately after
my decease unto my said Daughter Ann Payne her Executors Admors and
Assigns And I do hereby Constitute and Appoint my said Daughter Ann
Payne the Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby
revoking all former Will and Wills by me heretofore made and do
Declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this tenth day of
January in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty
