In the name of God Amen The Thirtieth day
of June Anno Domini One Thousand seven hundred and Twenty; I
Elizabeth Underwood of Addlesdon in the Parish of Chertsey in
the County of Surrey, being very Aged and Infirm in Body, but of
Sound and Perfect mind and understanding, Thanks be given to God
for the same, Do make and Declare this my last Will and
Testament in manner and form following, Imprimis I recommend my
Soul into the hands of Almighty God my Creator and Redeemer And
my Body to be Decently Buried at the discretion of my Executrix
hereafter nominated And to such Worldly Estate as it hath
pleased God to bless me with I give and dispose as followeth,
And first I Will and direct that all my just Debts be paid Item
I give and bequeath unto my Sister Mary Russell the Sume of
Twenty five Pounds of Lawfull Money of Great Britain Item I give
and bequeath unto my Brother Thomas ffulvin, The Sume of Two
Pounds of like lawfull Money Item I give and bequeath unto my
Brother in Law William Russell the Sume of ffive pounds Item I
give and bequeath unto Cosen William Russell the Sume of ffive
pounds of like lawfull Money Item I give and bequeath unto Cosen
Sarah Russell the Sume of Tenn pounds of like lawfull Money Item
I give and bequeath unto my Grand-daughter Mary Russell the Sume
of ffive pounds of like lawfull Money Item I give and bequeath
unto my Grand-daughter Jane Russell the Sume of ffour pounds of
like lawfull Money Item I give and bequeath unto my
Grand-daughter Elizabeth Russell the Sume of ffour pounds of
like lawfull Money And all and every of which severall and
respective Legacies herein before by me given and bequeathed I
will Order and Direct shall be paid in Six Months next after my
Decease by my Executrix herein appointed out of my Personall
Estate And Lastly, I make Nominate and Appoint my said loving
Sister Mary Russell my full and Sole Executrix of this my last
Will and Testament And unto whom I give and bequeath all the
rest of my Personall Estate whatsoever (after my Debts ffunerall
Charges and Legacies are paid as aforesaid)hereby revoaking and
disannulling all former and other Wills by me at any time
heretofore made And this only to be taken as my last Will In
wittnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and Seale the day
and year first above written Elizabeth Underwood her X marke
