I Thomas Udall of Broad Oak within the
Parish of Symondsbury in the County of Dorset Yeoman do make and
publish this my last Will and Testament in Manner following
(that is to say) ffirst I give and devise unto my Nephew George
Tett all my Moiety or half Part of and in a Tenement ffarm and
Estate called Sitkey being Copyhold of Inheritance lying within
and Parcel of the Manor of Slepe or of some other Manor in the
said County of Dorset To hold unto my said Nephew George Tett
his Heirs and Assigns subject nevertheless to such widowhood
Estate or Customary Right as Hannah my Wife may be intitled to
therein at the Time of my Decease Also I Give and Devise to my
said Nephew George Tett All my Lands Tenements and Hereditaments
whatsoever and wheresoever and wherein I am now seized of an
estate of Inheritance in fee simple To hold to him my said
Nephew George Tett his Heirs and Assigns for ever and as
touching and concerning All and singular my Stock Crops Goods
Chattels Monies and Securities for Money Personal Estate and
Effects whatsoever and wheresoever (after Payment of my Debts
and ffuneral Expences and also the Expences of proving this my
Will) I give and bequeath the same unto the said Hannah my Wife
and to the said George Tett my Nephew equally to be divided
between them Share and Share alike And I do nominate and Appoint
the said Hannah my Wife and my said Nephew George Tett joint
Executors of this my last Will and Testament In witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the sixth Day of ffebruary
in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and four
